For those of you who used of getting shortcut from hellish jakarta traffic jam, most of you would know Jl Bunga Matahari and the corner that connects it to Jl Bunga Nusa Indah.

YES, I'M SURE MOST OF YOU ARE NOW AWARE OF WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!
OK, for those who drives car and using this road everyday, right now I BEG YOU, LEARN TO USE THIS NARROW ROAD AND CORNER CORRECTLY!!!

The locals are trying to make profit by pretending of helping the motorist around this corner. THEY EVEN LIED, PRETENDING THERE'S ANOTHER MOTORISTS COMING THE OTHER WAY!

Well, I'm telling you right now, THEY ARE IDIOTS AND THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE YOU IDIOTS TOO, DON'T BUY IT!!!
That narrow curve is enough for two cars passing, DON'T BE SCARED TO ENTER THE CURVE!! Just keep you car stay on the left, no need to take a wide turn before you enter the curve. IT'S PERFECTLY SAFE, I ALONE HAVE DONE IT MANY TIMES WITH OR WITHOUT OTHER CARS FROM OPPOSING DIRECTION!

SO, I NOW BEG YOU PEOPLE, START USING YOUR BRAIN, BE BRAVE, LEARN TO DRIVE THROUGH THE CURVE AND USE THE CORNER/CURVE BY YOURSELF!

My music memories pt V

The first time I heard Genesis I was 6, in my big brother's room and he was playing this song on a tape player. Strangely I didn't really like their music at first, but as I got older, I came to like their music. Genesis is a unique band, they are successful in whatever music they chose to carry.

My music memories pt IV

Heeeeeyyyy...I want to share my another music influence, Jethro Tull!
This song is also one of my favorites and tickled my music sense back in my childhood times.

They also one of the greatest band ever existed and I'm so blessed that God allowed me to watch 'em live at KL, malaysia back in 2001.

My music memories pt III

Again...I was browsing randomly and found an old video clip of Nina Hagen from the year 1982. My influence? I'm not quite sure, since I was still 3 by the time the album released...but I think I've heard of her music afterwards in my youth. By that time I didn't realize who the musician was and though her music craved its way in my music soul, I completely forgot about her much later.

Sometime in 2006, my mentor gave me an old tape of Nina Hagen. At first I thought I never knew her music, but after listening the album I remember her and realized that subconsciously her music also influenced my music.

It's been 7 years since the tragedy that shock the world, known as 9/11 tragedy...

My heart is praying for the victims and everyone who got affected by the tragedy. God bless us all.

My music memories pt II

This is another video of a band that also heavily influenced my music. Rush is a great band and they composed great music too.

I remember listening to their music when I was in junior high and all of my friends thought that I'm a freak for listening to, as they perceived, a broken tape.

days after gig on RCTI

Three days now after our gig at "Dahsyat" a show on RCTI and it has been something to us, three tv interviews, Jever's online mp3 selling also shows a steep increase. Needless to say the aftermath is positive.

It's 12.35 pm and another reporter from a magazine is on their way to my studio for an interview...we gotta change....

en route to Kebun Jeruk

Today is Jever's performance on RCTI and since we need to be there at 8 pm, we all woke up very early to prepare the day. After waking up, I noticed that last night Jakarta have been showered by heavy rain.

My wife and I woke up around 4.30 am, we went straight to take a bath and preparing things I need for the performance. I've listed some of the equipments needed and some of them are already on my car, so I have time to write something here.

It's 5.30 am and I need to take my milk...

...I finished up my milk already and have arranged stuff in my car. It's now 6.10 am, we should've been ready by now but as usual, everybody's taking their time too loose. Our schedule is to go at 6.30, but judging by the situation now, I don't think we'll go by schedule...well, that's just how things are...
